Do I need to register to use the app? We recommend registering and activating your account to obtain exclusive benefits. Additionally, you will receive information about promotions immediately.
I forgot my app password! What should I do? Don't worry. On the login screen, select "Recover password," enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset it.
What can I do in the app? With the Enjoy Punta del Este app, you can:
- Check your status in Enjoy Club: points and benefits.
- Access exclusive promotions based on your membership category.
- View the event and show schedule at the resort.
- Contact our customer service team directly.
Can I see my points and benefits from Enjoy Club? When you log into your account, you will immediately see your category, points, benefits, and promotions.
Are my data protected in the app? Absolutely. The app uses encryption technology to ensure the security of your personal data and transactions.
